The K-Nopy building, ideally located in the heart of the European district, will be completely renovated to accommodate new ways of working
It will offer approximately 8,000 m² of office space on seven floors, feature a huge terrace on the top floor and an archive centre.
The complex will also feature 14 flats, 75 parking spaces, electric charging stations and 58 bicycle spaces.
The project is aiming for Carbon Neutral and BREEAM Outstanding certification.
