Conversion of the headquarters of the Solvay company into a real estate development project

Demolition and transformation of the old buildings of the Solvay company in order to develop a new mixed real estate project comprising:

  • 200 housing units (22,500 m²),
  • student accommodation (4,000 m²),
  • a crèche (500 m²),
  • shops (1,000 m²),
  • spaces for liberal professions,
  • a 10,000 m² car park.
