Construction of the GREENSQUARE office complex
The centre is made up of six five-storey buildings, which are articulated around three common cores.
An auditorium, a car park and technical rooms have been built in the basement.
The initiative is a notable success from an energy and environmental point of view, as it has been awarded BREEAM Excellent certification and the CPE certificate for energy efficiency with an AAA rating.
This 25,000 m2 project, owned by Greenfinch Global Invest Fund SCA SICAV-FIS FUNDI 1, was designed by the Luxembourg architectural firm ARCHIMAGINE.
