The integration of interns is a major axis of TPF's human resources and CSR policy. As a socially responsible company, TPF has a key role to play in training future generations.
TPF makes it a point of honour to share its knowledge and know-how while passing on its values.
The objective is to give interns the opportunity to gain professional experience in an international environment, welcoming them and integrating them into our subsidiaries as fully-fledged team members, by entrusting them with stimulating and interesting assignments in which they are fully involved.
Training interns is a win-win for everyone involved.
Students are there not only to learn, acquire skills and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies. They also have a lot to teach us. These young students bring with them a fresh perspective, innovative ideas and the latest techniques. They are the ones who will soon be entering the job market.
